Last night I spent some time with a group I lead in my spiritual community.

These faithful and brave souls gathered together each week for the last semester (and some for many years before that) to check in, share stories, risk being known, and lis

That safety feeling is as precious as gold.

It is equally our responsibility to create safety and trust within ourselves and ask for it and cultivate it with people in our lives.

When we feel safe we can allow ourselves to be seen, known, and love

Finding our voice is a huge part of having healthy boundaries and caring for the parts of us that hold the pain of the past.

When we have language and confidence in how to navigate relationships we can live from our Core Self with more ease and car

Choose discomfort over resentment.

It may not be that they are a horrible needy person…

It may be that you have poor boundaries…
